4. Credits and Subscriptions

• Credits can be purchased as one-time packages or through subscriptions
• Subscription credits are granted daily and do not roll over
• One-time purchased credits do not expire
• Check-in credits expire after 7 days
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation

5. Subscription Plans

Pro subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain Pro benefits until the subscription end date after cancellation
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• Subscription prices are subject to change with notice

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for content you create and share. You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to bypass credit systems or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Music Master and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of music you generate, but grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Music generated through our Service is created by AI models. You acknowledge that:

• We make no warranties about the originality or copyright status of generated content

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
